After confirming that he is single and complicated, Paulo Avelino is dating KC concepcion and it was confirmed by no less than the Megastar Sharon Cuneta on Wednesday during the press visit to her and Ogie Alcasid's TV5 weekly musical show "The Mega and The Songwriter" at Reliance Building in Mandaluyong City.
